EMF Radiation Protection Hat with USPF 50+ Shield, Wi-Fi Blocker & Reflective Safety Strip

This is a very specific hat, as it's key attribute is that it blocks emf's. I took a speaker which tends to kick out a lot of EMF and put the EMF reader inside the hat, with the hat between the reader and the speaker and the EMF's dropped to ZERO. So, this hat does work. It is also well sized, it fits a slightly larger head and is well adjustable. There are two things I don't love about this hat though, it reliably messes up my hair. Of course many hats will do this, but this one specifically does it every time, and I really dislike the logo. It advertises that it's EMF and UPF protection, which is great, but definitely not fashionable. I wish I could dock a 1/2 star for this, but I won't, as the biggest aspect of this hat is EMF protection, and it does that very very well.

With more information becoming available about electric and electromagnetic fields, it’s become a priority of mine to try to take some reasonable and practical precautions. Having to work on a computer all day, surrounded by computers, accessories, lights, phones, tablets, and chargers, I thought it might be a good idea to, if not too burdensome, sometimes wear a hat that is intended to shield from electromagnetic radiation. I am a bit of a skeptic with things like this, so I purchased an EMF meter. I wanted to get an idea of what kind of buffer it provides with regard to electric fields. While I’m aware that the primary claim of this product is to “protect you from harmful electromagnetic radiation”, my hope was that protection from the latter would also provide some practical buffer to just an electric field. To do this, I placed an EMF meter right against an outlet extender next to my desk. The reading was approximately 244 V/m. Then, I placed the cap in between the outlet extender and the EMF meter. The reading went down to 108 V/m. Obviously this is not a comprehensive buffer, but also obvious is the fact that this indeed does do something with regard to shielding from any potential effects of an electric field. For me, this is good enough to go with it. The hat itself is extremely lightweight and I forget I even have it on. It’s certainly better than nothing, and the investment is nominal. Thumbs up on this product.

So looks great for one. I do love the look of it. Very comfy, easy to adjust. Actually it's adjuster is different than regular hats, and I think this was a brilliant idea. Instead of like the inserts like a belt, it has a tightener. So all you have to do is put it on then tighten. EasyAlso, surprisingly. It lists blocking out stuff, and...surprisingly I noticed wearing this it was different. So...it does help, surprising I know, but it does.I'd recommend this

It’s white so be careful not to dirty it. I would prefer it without the logo. Baseball cap design is adjustable which is good for smaller heads or bigger heads. Good fit. It’s a versatile hat you can wear it to work out or run errands.

Nice hat, very comfortable. Fits well and works well to protect my face from direct and reflective sunlight.
